Céline & Lolo is our love letter to Nairobi. We’ve reimagined a 1970s estate and turned it into the kind of place we were always looking for but could never find in Nairobi: relaxed, colourful, a little playful, and a lot of ‘pizzaz’. With the heart of Nairobi – Lavington and Riverside – as our backdrop, there’s something vibrant around every corner.

There’s the garden that hums with birds in the morning, the pool that feels like a time capsule, and there’s Lolo’s bistro where neighbours, travellers and old friends all enjoy food, drinks and the occasional board game. It’s a hotel, but mostly it’s a gathering place.

After living here for more than a decade, we built the kind of place we’d want to stumble upon ourselves: welcoming, full of life, and connected to the city’s rhythm and local community.
